This is a very nice to have addition for the game with scenarios, variant counters, and additional rules, commentary, and discussion.

Replacement Counters

We thought the original counters looked a bit dull in the pink and light blue. We redesigned them with different colors using Anzio as a model. These counters are single sided, laminated, and mounted on chipboard. They are printed at 600dpi.

Variant Counters

Continuing our new colors format, we've put together a variant counter set. This set is based on the counter insert from Avalon Hill's General volume 11 number 1. We also added a few things: Naval Support, Air craft, including - Ground Support, Interdiction, Carpet Bombing, and Interceptors. We changed the largest German airborne units to glider units, and added a more correct NATO unit symbol for the costal defense units. As an additional variant we've included the Herman Goring Panzer division. It served on the eastern and southern fronts, it could have been called to France but wasn't. Now it can be. These counters are single sided, laminated, and mounted on chipboard. They are printed at 600dpi.

We thought the old map needed a facelift, so we gave it the Russian Campaign look. Its still the same old map though, so it won't effect the play of the game, it just looks more contemporary.

This map is mailed in a cool black shipping tube, with plastic ends so it will not get folded or damaged in transit.
